Very happy with this mattress. However it does sleep a little warmer than our contour elite breeze we had. Not sure if there are sheets or a topper that can help eliminate that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I don't find it too bad, but my husband does. I love how the mattress is soft but still supportive. Our last mattress was firm and it was too firm.

Purchased the mattress through mattressfirm. The first mattress we got was awful- way too firm and nothing like we tried in the store- mattressfirm was wonderful to work with for an exchange and recommendations. We landed on the tempur-pedic adapt. There was no break in period needed. My husband and myself slept soundly and woke up rested after the first night! Great purchase!

The first night on this bed was great compared to my last mattress; I hardly tossed and turned at all according to my Fitbit sleep tracker. Over the weeks, I have awakened to back pain still (in PT for sciatica and piriformis pain) depending on how I have the bed tilted at the head or feet on the adjustable platform. I KNOW the mattress is still new and needs to be broken in, but how long does that take? And I feel as though my side of the bed is sinking faster than my partner's (I weigh a little more than he does) and so maybe that's why I'm not getting the best sleep. I even added memory pillows to accompany the sleep experience (which has helped with neck and shoulder pain) but I am still not having the most comfortable rest. I do workout so maybe it's muscle pain and fatigue that doesn't help, but I though the Tempur-Pedic is supposed to help alleviate this type of pain? Finger's crossed, it gets better over the months. PS I did a stay at a hotel recently and had the worst sleep (or lack thereof) tat I could remember! My body was definitely missing my Tempur-Pedic!

Mattress was wonderful and loved the product but now after three years it has started cracking vertically and horizontally. Filed the proper claims process and was immediately declined stating the discoloration on the under cloth (which cannot be washed) was the cause due to a spill. This stain was actually caused by sweat due to the heat that retains in the memory foam and now the claims department stated there is nothing they can do or help with. Needless to say I will not purchase another tempurpedic mattress again due to this customer service and warranty response to not guarantee their product like they claimed. 10 year warranty was not upheld and quality and customer assurance is not their top priority.

I have waited almost 6 months before writing a review to give the mattress time to break in. My one word review is: disappointing. I have dreamed of owning one of these for over a decade and finally bought one of Black Friday of 2023. It feels nice enough when you lay on it as the matress forms around your body. It did help with neck pain I was having and some of my back aches from the previous matress. But, after just a few months the back aches have returned. Some nights I can't find a comfortable position and get up early as my back is hurting too much. I am sad that I am one of the few that seems to have issues. For thr thousands I spent on this matress, I was expecting much better quality than this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used memory foam mattresses for years in my whole family. This mattress blows all of those other ones out of the water. At first we were a little skeptical about the firmness. Upon laying on the bed at first it feels like it is going to be a hard mattress, but as you lay on it you can feel your body kind of sinking into it. The mattress really does conform to your body. I used to toss and turn all night long trying to find a comfortable spot to sleep in. With this mattress I roll onto my side and I move maybe once during the night to readjust myself, because I no longer feel the aches from being in the same position while sleeping. I love that this mattress does not cause any aches and pains while sleeping in one spot for hours. I can even fall asleep better with this mattress. I have a hard time with falling asleep at night, but I get so comfortable and relaxed in this mattress that that hasn't been an issue. I used to have to take Melatonin just to be able to fall asleep. With this new mattress that has not been an issue for me. The one downside I think of this mattress has is the thickness. I personally prefer a thicker mattress, and a higher bed. That is a small issue in the grand scheme of things and I would choose a comfortable mattress over the depth of a mattress for visual reasons. I would recommend this mattress for anyone who wakes up with everyday aches and pains, because they WILL be gone. You will wake up refreshed and well rested! I have not had a solid sleep until I purchased this mattress. What a world of difference! I'm now sleeping solid (no more tossing and turning) I'm now getting the best sleep that I've ever had! I never realized how important it is to have a quality mattress to get the proper sleep your body needs! It was well worth the investment! Quality and comfort, hands down!

So at first, l was kind of iffy. I thought it was hard, l mean this was when it first came out the plastic, then l laided on it and l literally felt like this was a mattress hand crafted by God. It's seemed to form around my body. I'm talking by far the mattress I've ever bought. I mean I've slept like a new born the best sleep I've gotten. I literally could go on and on. It's one of those bed where even if you aren't sleepy you'll go to sleep. My back doesn't hurt anymore and neither do my legs. I love this mattress and it hasn't even been a week.

Ive had multiple Tempur-Pedic beds, they are perfectly soft and just melt to your body. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that a bed I had for over a decade still was warrantied by Tempur-Pedic, was the old 20 year prorated warranty. The warranty process was seamless with honestly the best customer service I have seen from any business, ever... Sherrie Dickerson assisted me in upgrading my warranty to a king sized adapt medium, which is just flawless!!! She is a wonderful person!! Sooooo sweet and helpful! Thank you Sherrie! And thank you Tempur-Pedic for being just an awesome company! I will definitely be brand loyal in the future! Keep up the good work!

Have had my mattress (no box spring, just on a platform frame) for about 3 months now. Took a couple weeks getting settled in on it, I thinks because we got new pillows at the same time. But after that short time it has been terrific. I would recommend this bed to everyone.
