After 5 years I started to have severe neck pain because the mattress lost it medium grade and after reading all the complain I notice that the warranty has a lot of loophole and this is not an "American" CO, is more like any Sud American country where they have rule that you bought IS YOURS!

The mattress took a few weeks to get adjusted to but has improved our previous back issues. Only issue is the sleep tracker feature should be optional. If you do not sign up and give up personal information the module has a light that never stops blinking. Hence the 4 star rating and not 5.

Bed is more comfortable than our last bed no doubt. But I still wake up with back pain and not sleeping very much. I'm not saying its the mattress could be me idk but back pain is rough

I love my new mattress! I'm a side sleeper, and I had been having problems sleeping at night as my shoulders get numb, but this mattress has really helped with that. It's super comfortable and I like that is not too soft nor too firm.

A unique and embracing mattress that needs to added padding for softness or comfort. An excellent sales experience from local Mattress Firm where I could test and evaluate multiple top-line brands. Tempur-Pedic the winner.

Mattress was a little firm when we first got it, which is to be expected of a new mattress. I love the cool-to-the- touch cover on the mattress! I’m a hot sleeper and it’s really helped out!

This is our second Temper-Pedic mattress. We purchased our first mattress over 25 years ago and loved it. We decided to replace that mattress with a newer model and just purchase that mattress during the Cyber Monday sales of 2025. My wife and I love the firmness, the contouring and support this mattress gives. We don’t feel the other moving as we adjust the way we are sleeping during the night. This mattress is cooler than the old one so that is definitely a plus?

Very attractive cover design. Showroom sample felt medium, but salesman should have “coached us” to more try’s and other mattresses to be sure we select the right hardness mattress. We were “close”, but a little too hard (selected medium, should have soft).

I have chronic pain issues and this mattress makes it so much more comfortable to sleep, move around if I have to, no more hip or back pain. It's so comfortable, it makes me not want to get out of bed. I wish I was able to get the pro adapt for more comfort but it wasn't in the budget. My husband and I shopped around for a mattress the entire day, I had him lay on this one first and then try a few other brands, we both kept going back to this one. We were totally missing out and glad we finally joined the tempur-pedic club!!

In just under 2 years of owning the mattress, we found there to be a split horizontally in the mattress. We did have a small spill on the mattress and removed the covering immediately. Upon doing this we noticed the split and started a warranty claim. Our claim was denied due to the spill stain that was several inches away from the split; saying the stain is what caused the split. I feel that is totally unlikely knowing that the split is along the area where the adjustable base is. I wanted so much to be happy with Tempur-Pedic but I have to say I'm terribly disappointed in their warranty. I now have to purchase another mattress, but it will NOT be Tempur-Pedic.
