No pressure points and very comfortable. I wish it absorbed more body heat - I get very hot at night and have to change positions a lot to stay comfortable. But most of the mattress is very cool so I can get cooled off quickly once I change positions.

This mattress was comfortable from the very get go. We didn't even have a "break in" time, it was just wonderful from the start. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We could not be happier with our Tempur-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress. Picked the hybrid because we wanted a little more support than just foam. Mattress forms to our bodies and gives support where you need it. It is very stable, can't even feel partner moving. It starts out a little to firm for our liking, but breaks in and gets softer. Best sleeper have ever had!

I was very skeptical about investing this much into a mattress, and a king size at that. But my partner, who is 6'4, convinced me. After just the first night we saw a huge difference. Our schedules are very different so normally when one wakes up the other would by default of the movement...not anymore! We both sleep soundly through the night and fall asleep faster. We also have noticed a significant reduction in neck and shoulder pain since switching to tempur-pedic. We are customers for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had spine surgery 10 years ago and have chronic back pain untill sleeping on my new bed. Before I would wake up at 3 or 4 am and get up because I couldn't stand being in my old bed, now I'm not getting till 7am well rested.

That leaves this as only an ever so slightly less hot foam mattress than other brands. This mattress also requires a 2+ week break in period (starts as medium-firm to firm), but this is a bit typical for foam mattresses. The true benefit of getting this mattress versus the competitors is the better warranty for sagging, and, possibly, a longer life cycle due to higher quality materials. There is discussion that certain layers in this mattress are of lower quality though, so it may not live up to this.

I wasn't sure when I sat on it at the store. I bought it anyway. Glad I did. I'm 72 years young and it's been a long time since I slept all night. My first night I didn't wake up till 5;00 am (My normal time I get up). It felt great. Thanks Tempurpedic.

I wake up feeling so much better everyday. I have no neck, shoulder and back pain.l in the morning when sleeping on it. When my partner gets out of bed it does not wake me up because the mattress does not move. It is definitely worth trying this out. You go will not regret it.
