I am a large person. 6'-7" - 250 LBS. This bed has zero support and is very hot. The deeper my body sinks into the mattress, the hotter it gets. We have had our mattress for 1 year, and I was hoping that my experience would improve, but it has not. I still wake up every morning stiff and longing for some comfort. Not what we were expecting or wanted. We tried to get a refund but the allowed time has already passed.

Pro: What I love about the product is the motion free aspect. I am a light sleeper and I never feel my partner roll over which I never experienced with a regular mattress. Best sleep in many years. I had a sleep number bed which was 14 years old and while it still functioned just fine, it wasn't comfortable for me anymore. I took a chance on this mattress after laying on it in the showroom. And now after 2 weeks of sleeping on it, I couldn't be more happy. I can actually sleep on the side with my bad hip and no pain! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the fact that the mattress is unique and versatile, when you lie on it in winter it seems to accumulate your heat, warming you up additionally, but in summer, on the contrary, it is not hot on it, the body doesn't sweat, the top layer seems to breathe. I didn't think that a mattress could be so comfortable, it adapts to the shape of my body, lying on it is very comfortable, not hard, my spine doesn't hurt, I wake up and nothing hurts, as often happens when you sleep on an uncomfortable mattress. Sleep is an important part of our life and a good comfortable mattress is a sacred thing. It is sewn perfectly, doesn't deform, there are handles on the back side to make it easier to take, it is not too heavy, it is of pleasant quality, you can immediately see that it is a good quality mattress. I will recommend it with a pure heart. Now sleep is only relaxation and pleasure.

Both my husband and I are sleeping very well on our new Tempur-Pedic mattress. It has great support but doesn't feel stiff. My husband has had 2 neck fusions and is approaching a low back surgery. He lives in pain every day. This mattress is allowing him to sleep more. He used to move around a lot trying to find a comfortable position but now he only shifts around a few times a night.

We are enjoying our new medium hybrid mattress. It is very comfortable and luxurious. My only issue it is impossible to find fitted sheets with an 11" pocket. Most sheets are 10-15 inches which means you cannot make a taut bed. This would be a problem for any split king mattress, not just Tempur pedic.

I was very skeptical about investing this much into a mattress, and a king size at that. But my partner, who is 6'4, convinced me. After just the first night we saw a huge difference. Our schedules are very different so normally when one wakes up the other would by default of the movement...not anymore! We both sleep soundly through the night and fall asleep faster. We also have noticed a significant reduction in neck and shoulder pain since switching to tempur-pedic. We are customers for life!

Shortly after using awhile it developed a sag in the middle. Then tring to make a warrenty claim using the provided pictures to take an send in,they keep asking for more an more. I don't think they are really interested in the claim . 3rd time sending pics an it's always different from the the one they provided.
