Quality bed and comfortable enough. I don't think it's definitfly worth the price tag. Thought I would be sleeping on a cloud for the price. Still hurts my back and wake up achy and so does hubby. The white glove delivery service was very disappointing and Tempur-Pedic in the sense that they didn't remove my old mattress even though it's describing they do so with the free white glove delivery service. Went back and forth with both the company who delivered my bed and temper pedic. Tempur-Pedic ended up telling me they would come get my old bed after they delivered my bed. Which made no sense. That was about three weeks ago. Well guess what still here. Situation was never resolved. For paying this much for a bed you should stand behind your word in customer service. Not worth calling back to return my bed-no one even knew if we did return it and ended up exchanging how much the charge would be.

I am 6'4" and I've found it's hard to find a comfortable mattress at a bigger size. BUT this mattress is the answer and I've never felt more comfortable on a mattress (so bigger guys, I highly recommend)

This is the most comfortable bed I have ever owned. I used to have a Sleep Number, my Tempur-Adapt puts the Sleep Number to shame. From day one I have slept so sound. When I walk into my room and see my mattress I get the biggest smile just knowing its there waiting for me. It may cost more but is well worth it. No more aches and pains when I wake in the morning and sleep through the night. Thank you Tempur-pedic!!!!!

As others said on the floor it felt fine. I was looking for a replacement for the original Tempurpedic, which my wife and i loved. TP sales crew could not tell me which one would be closest match so we went with this in medium. It is awful. Terrible. Doesn't feel anything like what I knew and loved about TP. We both wake up in pain. Back and neck pain. Unfortunately when I bought the "upgrade" on a warranty return I didn't read everything. Their is no comfort guarantee. Only discomfort guaranteed. Also no sheets fit properly, especially waterproof covers, even theirs. They know this and told me to not use a cover or buy from another vendor.

We looked at a new Tempur-Pedic but the price was daunting for us. So I decided to look at other mattress companies. After researching the top ten recommended, I decided to do the "test sleep" offer. When the first mattress test didn't work out, we tested a second, and a third and a fourth. Each of them had good quality customer service, as does Tempur-Pedic. Each had fine shipping and delivery, as does Tempur-Pedic. Each of the mattresses had desired features of quality, comfort and support, as does Tempur-Pedic. On each one I was able to fall asleep within minutes of laying down. However, with each one I still woke up with back and hip pain. So we decided to pony up and purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress. No regrets. It has been terrific. We both sleep well and I wake up with no pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress for a few weeks now, and it has been a total game changer! I can say the quality of my and my husband's sleep has truly increased. We selected the medium support mattress and have no regrets at all! We absolutely love it! It provides the perfect balance between semi-firm support and plush comfort, which we totally love because it truly combines the best of both worlds. We don't feel like we're laying down on a wooden plank or about to sink into a pile of cotton, the balance is simply amazing. We have also been enjoying the cool to touch technology and now I have actually been able to sleep through most of the night since I'm not tossing and turning due to heat uncomfortability. And last but not least, the pressure relief comfort layer has helped ease so much of the back pain, along with other aches and discomforts that we had been dealing with on a nightly basis. The tightness and aches that I have been experiencing! I'm been dealing with a lot of tightness, especially on my back and around my hips ( I'm 4 months postpartum), and these have definitely improved since I started sleeping on our Tempur-Pedic mattress. We highly recommend getting one and can definitely see ourselves purchasing some of these mattresses for our little ones in the future! The best thing about the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress is that my wife doesn't feel anything when I toss and turn. I'm a restless sleeper, and I tend to move around a lot during the night. With our old traditional box spring / mattress set-up, every time I would fidget, she would feel it. Our new TEMPUR-Pedic mattress absorbs my moving around and she gets to continue with her blissful slumber. Also, I'm a tummy sleeper (when I finally settle down), and this mattress was rightly recommended for this type of sleeper. This is our first foam mattress, so I'm still getting used to the way it "hugs" me and the "sinking in." I might have preferred a firmer option, but I'm not willing to give up on this new experience so quickly. Finally, I can only wait till summer to find out whether this is a "hot" mattress. We bought this in Wintertime, so that's my biggest worry right now.

Both my husband and I are sleeping very well on our new Tempur-Pedic mattress. It has great support but doesn't feel stiff. My husband has had 2 neck fusions and is approaching a low back surgery. He lives in pain every day. This mattress is allowing him to sleep more. He used to move around a lot trying to find a comfortable position but now he only shifts around a few times a night.

After doing a lot of research, I'm So happy we spent the extra and went with Tempur-Pedic. This mattress is comfortable, and just the right amount of firmness. I think the cooling actually works because I don't seem to have as many night sweats as I did. The only negative would be without a mattress cover,( which they recommend not putting one on because of the cooling layer) sheets seem to slip around.

I've had the bed for over a month and every day wake up with an extremely painful low back. I also can't stay asleep for long before waking up with bad pain. I had upper back and shoulder pain with my old mattress but never low back pain. As an exclusive side sleeper with chronic upper back pain I'm thinking i may need more support. It is a nice mattress, just doesn't work for me. I'm exchanging it for a sealy posturepedic hybrid kelburn. It's not worth the cost to try another tempurpedic as I thought the firmer one was too firm
