Great bed very big my dog loves it.

Bed has held its shape & my dogs love it.

Extra large super soft. Very happy dog. She is over 65 pounds and looks like a puppy in this bed.

I bought this about two months ago because it looked well made and tough enough. One by one, the seams are letting loose. I really liked the concept of being able to take each bolster out for washing via the zippers, but having to resew the whole thing was not part of the game plan. The front seam came apart immediately and now the rest are following suit. Frustrating to say the least! If you don't own a good sewing machine, don't buy it.

I bought this bed about a month ago. I was not a fan of the shredded memory foam cushion so I had a custom solid memory foam cushion made for it. I basically bought this bed for the bolsters and removable and washable features and I am very impressed. Not too bad to put together once you get the hang of it. It's best to put the cushion in first then turn it upside down and put the bolsters in. I bought in it XL for my 40lb frenchie and it's massive lol! Hopefully the durability is good. Can't speak long term since I just started using it!

Great size, seems to be very durable, but extremely confusing to insert the center piece! NO instructions and the zipper that allows you to insert the center piece is hard to find. It is located inside the zippered section that holds the exterior cushions, you have to unzip and remove some of the outside pillows. See pics below.

I am giving this product a one-star rating because I feel misled by the description. The bed does not contain any visible memory foam as advertised in the main product image. While further down in the detailed description mentions "memory foam filled," it does not meet my expectations based on the advertisement and my trust in Sam’s Club. Additionally, I ordered the larger, more expensive size for my German Shepherd but received a smaller size instead. After calling customer service to address the issue, they agreed to replace it with the correct size, but now I must wait another two weeks for delivery. To make matters worse, they initially asked me to ship the incorrect item back myself, which was inconvenient since the bed was vac sealed and would not fit in the box it was shipped in. Instead, I decided to return it to Sam’s Club personally. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I expected better quality control and accuracy from this product listing from Sam’s Club.

The material is a very nice as well as the design. However, the filling on the bed is very flimsy for my 100 lb dog. I would put more cushioning in if there was a zipper for access but the zipper only grants access to the surrounding wall that doesn’t need anything added!

We have 3 big dogs. One, Brutus 8, a German Shepherd, sleeps on the bed the other two, Cooper 17, a Border Collie and Luna 15, a Lab, sleep on dog beds. Well Luna wants whatever Cooper has and if he's on a certain bed she will stand over him until he gets up. We ended up getting 2 xl beds and they now have the same bed. Even the same color. So far Luna has not forced Cooper to move. They Love these beds.
