While the 4K does not come equipped with audio, you can purchase a microphone with RCA connections from a third party. The microphone connects to the back of the DVR and is run to the area in which you want to hear sound. Please note the connection with the app can be affected by the speed of the internet in your home as well as on the device you are connecting with.
