the setup was easy, the app keeps it on schedule, using the airjets while closed displaces the water on the cover to keep it from getting contaminated. have been using it for over a year.

Love the space it has. Can fit my husband (6'2 - 270lbs) and myself. Bought last year, so far so good. Hold temp better when Jets are off. App works well. Jets are pretty strong. Add some accessories and it's perfect 👌🏽

We bought this hot tub to transport back and forth between our winter and summer homes. It was easy to set up. I was surprised how forceful the bubbles are. We just recommended it to a family member.

This hot tub was so easy to set up! Just push a couple buttons and it filled with air, couple more buttons and the cover filled with air. 45 minutes to fill tub with water. 12 hours to bring water temperature up 20 degrees (I went to bed while I waited so I am not sure how long it actually took, but I checked in 12 hours.) So far it has held air and heat. The cover is a little cumbersome to remove and put back on, but it's a healthy, sturdy cover. The warmth and the bubbles are amazing! I only wish there was a way to control the amount of bubbles, its either on or off, no high or low. That's the only compaint I have and am thouroughly happy with & enjoying the hot tub. Here's hoping for several years of tubbing!! I purchased this low-cost hot tub to make sure I liked tubbing and to see if I wanted to spend more on a full hot tub later.

Great! Inflatable hot tub says it fits 7 people but it wouldn't be comfortable perfet for at least 4 jets are Awesome! But wish it would have had an option to lower the bubbles it's either they're on or off. Love the app it's nice to have to operate it from your phone. Overall it serves its purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions are not very thorough, we have one part that we have no idea what it is used for included a picture. It was losing air while filling with water and same issue between uses. It did take about 24 hours to get temperature to 102 with cover on. It does lose temperature fairly quickly after less than two hours was down to 95. Still searching online for why it keeps deflating.

We ordered through SAMs online 11-10-24. No owner's manual. We did figure out how to inflate, so filled spa and set temperature to 102 degrees. Our local temperature was low 70s during day and the spa was in the sun. It took a full 24 hours to get to 102 degrees. Lots of bubbles, but with no instructions we were unsure the filter was on correct and nothing to tell us how much chlorine to use. My husband went online and found some information about the app. We have been unable to connect to the app. I did set up an account at "Bestway" to set up my warranty. When signing on my SaluSpa Hermosa Energy-Efficient Smart Airjet inflatable is not even listed. No customer service on weekend. Will attempt customer service Monday. More to follow.

NOPE!! We had another Saluspa we got from Sams 3 years ago. LOVE LOVE LOVED IT! It finally wasn't holding air and we couldn't find a reason, so we decided to purchase this one as a replacement. This was awful, we never even got it fully set up. You now HAVE to connect it to an App with Wifi. We could not get it to connect to the app and the dang panel wouldn't stop beeping and you cannot control anything on the panel until it is connected by WIFI to the app. My Euro said it was connected, my blue tooth said it was connected, but the app just kept saying "connecting", but never did. After messing with it for hours, calling customer service number which rang and rang and then would disconnect, sent an email with no response, we're over it and returning it!!! What a huge disappointment!!!! Also the directions are not for this specific model with wifi, it was a vague old model directions. We found our original one from 3 years ago on line elsewhere for cheaper and bought that. Had it up and ready to roll in 20 mintues!! Stop over teching stuff that doesn't need it!! There is no reason for this to HAVE to connect to wifi!

Without connecting to your wifi and using your phone you can't even inflate it. What a nightmare. Sending it back. Not worth 99.00.

I bought this spa. The lid float leaks and would not hold air. It's merely a rectangular pool float. Without being able to inflate the lid, the lid is unusable. When I contacted Bestway to make a warranty claim they told me it takes 30 days to fully inflate the lid, which of course is ridiculous. The inflatable portion of the cover is probably the cheapest least expensive part of the tub and they still will not replace it. So don't expect that if anything with a Bestway product goes wrong, they will honor their warranty or stand behind their products. I'm not sure why Sam's Club would sell defective products, because my alternative is to return the Hermosa spa to the store.
