I bought a new 5th wheel and the Vizio came with it. So far I have had no problems, but was a tad bit difficult to set it up without Internet. That being said, I did go out and buy a second one because I was extremely happy with the quality and features for the price.

Took a while to figure out then couldn't find volume buttons usually they are on the face of the remote. Too a day to see they are on the side. Has great picture and weighs a lot less then my Vizio i bought in 2012

I like everything about this TV except one thing - there is no mute button on the remote. WHY??? I use this frequently, and while the voice control does work to mute the TV, I feel like it's an extra step that is unnecessary. How much effort would it have taken to have a mute button on the remote? This seems so strange.

It's not just the price that kicks Samsung to the curb. It's all the features and apps that makes me giggle every time I turn my Vizio on via my phone. So, go ahead and lose your remote, but worry not. Your Vizio phone app will work even better ( plus save $ by not buying batteries).

We bought this 4 days ago. Can not stream some of our favorite streaming services that we pay for(MLB,MHZ,Acorn). Must use our smart phone to "cast" to the TV. . We now have to buy a Roku(hoped we didnt need it ) to access the services we need. If we had known this we would not have made the purchase. I wonder what other surprises are out there. Bought our Vizio 50-in TV on thursday, set it up that night and I've had nothing but issues with it! Sometimes it won't turn on, other times the apps won't start, other times I just have a blank screen. Pretty much anytime I want to get into a new app I have to unplug the TV and start over! Absolutely disappointed

Set up was a breeze! The picture quality is impressive. There are plenty of inputs/outputs to satisfy needs. The TV sound quality is excellent, and I have not needed to hook up the sound bar which I used with the old TV. I have wanted to try a Visio for years due to what seemed like a good balance between product quality and price. I could not be more satisfied with my Visio purchase.
