Problems With Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 5 tv's. The Vizio has never been right. It constantly loses signal. The Wi-Fi gateway for the house is in the same cabinet. We have tried all the suggestions to no avail. Thinking of buying a new brand after only a year of use.

Not For the Privacy Minded

If you value your privacy and just want a TV, this is a solid Do-Not-Buy. Vizio now requires you to create an account, complete with name, email address, phone number and zip code Just To Use the New TV You Bought. In creating an account you are voluntarily waiving various rights including the right to meet the company in a court of law. Very sad since I have owned half a dozen Vizio sets over the years and they have been great products.

Vizio TV Honest Review

The TV color did not resemble to package...I had to work for a while with the color to bring it up in brilliance and color balance and sharpen the contrast..the TV was easy to setup and turn on...i did not want to you Vizio platform...i have a FireStick...so i turned off the Vizio Platform...The absolute worse thing about the transaction was being talked into a Sam Club credit card for $30.00 credit torward the purchase that takes up to 90 days before you get it...Definitely wasn't worth it...but to make matters worse was the outrageous interest rate by Synchrony Bank...it dropped my credit score by some 17 points...and the late penalty is like $50 dollars...so when i got my info on the app and read the terms i was shocked...so i called Synchrony direct and cancelled it...i went back to Sams on a special trip to the service desk and had them refund the purchase for the TV and then purchased it on my Debit card....the $30 credit to open the account cost me my good credit rating...So i cancelled the card and again now my credit dropped another 35 points...and i didn't even need the credit to begin with....I had no idea that opening a credit card could cost you your great score....I am never late...don't need credit and so im like 75 points down on my score and i have not been late or anything...better to Debit....Buyer Beware on Sams Credit card...Cash back garbage ....don't fall for it....don in Texas
