It's overall a good product. Sometimes there is too much fat and slicing thickness not consistent.

I've been buying this since thry removed thick cut Hormel pkg. The slices seem to be getting thinner.

The product taste good but thickness seems to vary throughout the pack so it can be a bit annoying while cooking.
