Nice bacon. What I got is very lean, not too thin or thick and works for what I want. Nice flavor to boot! Worth trying.

Good flavor, It's the only bacon I buy. Very thin, sometimes falls apart but cooks fast in the skillet or in the oven.

This bacon had a lot more fat than I anticipated. The flaor is great, just far more fat than I wanted.

The taste is Ok. But I find the bacon strips are too thin and the amount of fat they have causes it to shrink too much during cooking.
