I was very pleased with this bacon. Great flavor, no excessive shrinkage because of the overall leanness. Baked up nice and crisp!

So the “bacon” was entirely fat. No I don’t mean more fat than I would like - it was 85% white fat and about 15% pink.

A great product for delicious protein in the morning! This was a hit for our family paired with eggs, pancakes, and/or waffles!

I was never a bacon lover, but I'm hooked on this bacon. Love it. Cooks fantastic in the microwave in just a few minutes and it comes out perfect every time. No grease splashed all over either!

Ive gotten this same bacon a handful of times and LOVED it. This last time it was very thin and didnt cook as "perfect" as it always has. Sams sent me an email saying they changed it. We are a little disappointed but bacon is bacon!

I gave this bacon 4 stars because the flavor was great, it wasn't too salty and it was crispy. Only thing I didn't like was it was thinner than I expected.

Best bacon around for the price. If there is nitrates in this bacon I can tell. The slices are a good thickness and the fat ratio to meat is also good. Very tasty bacon.

Just as your would expect bacon to be. Easy to cook and eat, makes for perfect crispy, or made to you're liking. Can be a little salty for some, they are thin slices that shrink a little but still delicious

Have purchased previous brand of bacon for years, but purchased new 3 pound package on three different occasions hoping I’d just gotten a bad batch, but will not buy current brand again.

As far as bacon goes, this isn't bad. Cooks up fairly well in the microwave. It's thick, but not overly so. I prefer the Hormel regular cut bacon. But the Sam's I shop at does not appear to be carrying it anymore.
