Do not recommend them. Paid $56 for 2 and they were very tough.

I buy these quite often. I always go in to the store to purchase, as the sizes can vary, as I prefer larger tails. Sometimes I grill them, and I know exactly what temp and how long, however, butter poaching has become my new favorite way to cook them! Always fantastic, and easy to see when they are cooked through, but not over cooked. I will continue to buy on a regular basis!

Fresh and tasted great

I bought these and kept in the freezer for 2 months until the special occasion arrived when we had friends over for a special dinner. We grilled these lobsters, splitting the tail shell and putting garlic butter inside. They were absolutely delicious. Am now reordering another pack of 4 tails.
