Good taste but a bit pricey

These were good for a special treat, but a little pricey.

We prepared them with a clarified butter glaze under a broiler and the meat has no texture, very mushy with a distinct fish flavor. This product is awful.

I buy these quite often. I always go in to the store to purchase, as the sizes can vary, as I prefer larger tails. Sometimes I grill them, and I know exactly what temp and how long, however, butter poaching has become my new favorite way to cook them! Always fantastic, and easy to see when they are cooked through, but not over cooked. I will continue to buy on a regular basis!
