I wasn't sure if mine was a mistake batch until I started reading the reviews of others commenting on how sweet it is. It is very sweet. Almost to the point of being unedible. I know this brand also makes fruit dips. I'm pretty sure they just mixed barbecue and beef into some sort of dessert dip. It's bad, very bad. Will not buy again and highly recommend not buying. You've been warned.

It is a tiny bit sweet to me, but its creamy, slightly smokey, bit of a jalapeno bite. No there are not huge chunks of brisket in there...that wouldn't work too well in my opinion. Those who think it tastes like a tub of American cheese either got a real lame batch or have no taste buds in my opinion. Give it a shot!

I bought some of this dip for a potluck at work, because I was tired of always having the same old kinds of chips dips. WOW!! The dip itself tasted great, and the giant chunks of brisket in it were a very nice surprise! Everyone wanted to know where I got it.

Taste is delicious..will buy again..only negative comment pieces of the brisket was tough

The idea was great but it was just cheese with NO visible brisket seen OR tasted. Such a let down.

Should have a little pepper on the label. Spicier than I anticipated.
