We're so sorry to hear you had this experience with our Bounce Fresh Scent Pet Hair & Lint Guard Mega Dryer Sheets, Katherine. It must upsetting that the scent was not of your liking. We understand that scent is a very subjective matter, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to have with our mega dryer sheets. The fragrance may fade if the container has been opened for a long time, or if the container has been stored at high temperatures by the store or the consumer. We recommend you use the product within a year, and to store it in a dry room at room temperature. Please contact us at (800) 526-8623 so we can hear more about this situation and take care of you by recommending the correct product and scent for you. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Bounce.

We take the value of our products and loyalty of our users seriously and your feedback means a lot to us. We appreciate you reaching out, and would like to help you further. Please give us a call Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm EST, at 1-800-926-8689 for additional assistance.
