These Adirondack and not low, they are at a comfortable height, large seat and arms. Easy to assemble. I got one and loved it so much I bought a second. Also got table to go with them.

I bought 2 of the Standard teak Adirondack chairs and one was defective. Sam's did not have any more in stock at the time, so I ordered 2 of these instead. They were $100 more, but the quality of this chair makes it worth the additional cost. They are very sturdy, easy to assemble, comfortable. We applied a coat of boiled Lind seed oil, the colors are beautiful! I highly recommend this chair. You won't be disappointed.

These chairs are very well assembled, amazing quality and easy to assemble upon delivery. They’re comfortable, particularly if a back pillow is added, and the sleek style is a notch above the traditional Adirondacks. So glad I chose these over the traditional box store plastic version. These are an investment but with care should last generations. We bought three and I’m thinking of getting more.

Love these chairs! They are comfortable and very reasonably priced. I was afraid to order without being able to sit in them, but I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable they are--not too low to make it difficult to get up. They are a wonderful more modern version.

I researched a lot of Adirondack chairs before purchasing these. These chairs had great reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed! They were a gift to my mom for mother’s day and so I was thankful that they were very easy to assemble. The angle of the chair is probably the best feature. They don’t slope down as sharply in the back as most of the others that I looked at and they don’t sit as low to the ground. This was a lot easier for my mom to move in and out of the chair. These chairs look great, are extremely well made, sturdy, and better designed for comfort than any other Adirondack that I reviewed. The price was also very reasonable compared to many others for real teak. Great job Sams Club.

I bought two of these. They are extremely comfortable, heavy, and the seat is wide enough for big people! With minimal care they should last forever. The seat is higher so getting out of it is much easier than the 149. adirondack. It's worth every penny of the extra 30 bucks, because I owned both. I say owned because I gave the other 149. to my friend, too low for my knees. Six screws and it's ready for use. This is undoubtedly the best adirondack chair on the market, it's worth every penny and I got them in two days. This is the best teak adirondack chair money can buy. Thanks Sam's Club!

Chairs were easy to put together and they look beautiful. They are more firm through the back than my other adirondack chairs and I suspect mainly because they are so much thicker. The last two I bought were around 300 and no way near the quality. My other chairs were listed as superior blah, blah and well they have simply not held up. We have the Sams rockers too and they are fantastic. We do power wash our teak once a year. We have teak going back 17 years. I do NOT suggest using oil on teak. The only pieces that require an abundance of care and have not aged as well have been those items we oiled.

First, I like these chairs. They are a stylish take on traditional Adirondack chairs. My plan is to allow them to weather grey as my color scheme is cool rather than warm. A few things to note for those considering these chairs: I am short. 5’3” and most chairs don’t allow my feet to rest flat in the ground. These are no exception. You’ll need an ottoman or strategically placed coffee table to sit comfortably if you’re short. More concerning, there was a colored residue all over these chairs that transfers to clothing. I wiped them down with a wet towel and the color came off in great amounts. This makes me suspect they were dyed, stained or somehow colored at the factory. This could be a problem with the natural weathering process? As well as damage to clothing, cushions etc. Bottom line: Beware if you’re short and keep in mind the colored residue. The website would not accept my photo showing the color that came off the finish with no effort. It was substantial. I may return these.

Just purchased four chairs and looking forward to many years of enjoyment. The quality of these chairs was a real bargain.

Very comfortable and attractive. Chair arrived well packed. Assembly was straight forward with simple instructions - no problems with fit. All stainless steel hardware.
