I purchased 5 new Wide Angle view cameras for my Night Owl Pro DVR system. The stock cameras are nice, but with wider angle cameras, you can cover more viewing area with less cameras. Not only is the side to side angle increased, so is the top to bottom view. The resolution on these cameras is such an improvement over my previous 720dpi res. cameras, and the DVR recording option is far better than the memory card at the camera option. Which these cameras have as well. I would recommend the Night Owl DVR security system to anyone wanting a good security camera system.

I bought the cameras as an add on to my already existing system. I expanded from 4 to 8 cameras. The instructions were simple to follow and the setup was very much "plug and play". The 8 camera system will give me that piece of mind while on vacation, as well as, fantastic monitoring capabilities from my phone. Great product and I highly recommend.

I've only had both cameras for about 2 weeks now, but they are working well. I have both at a corner location of my garage and the receiver is about 100 ft away. I purchase the external charger with extra batteries so I just have to swap them out as needed.

Ok. So I bought 2 of these cameras. I didn't want to pay a subscription fee. I bought two micro sd cards 128gb to use for storeage and recording. I like the fact i can take pictures and they get saved to my gallery on my cell also the manual recording also goes to my gallery on my cell . Sofar 6 months I've had these cameras and they seem to work good. Sometimes a little behind but that could be my cell cause I have 1gb wifi and it is high speed. I also like the features that come with this camera. Was quik and easy to set. Came with 2 batteries each. I bought 4 more batteries and a charger cause 2 batteries don't last but 3 weeks if you use these cameras everyday for recording. Also I bought the solar panels so i wouldn't have to charge the batteries so often getting ready to connect them 2day. We'll see how they work out. The picture is very clear whether it's a recorded video,picture,or live. Just can't seem to figure out why sometimes the cameras are a little behind but all in all good cameras for the price.

I purchased the WNIP2LBU camera a week ago to add a fourth camera with my Wire free Smart Security System with three cameras. The WNIP2LBU camera is a great addition to my system and displays a really nice colorful picture. The WNIP2LBU camera is AC powered. I wish the camera was battery powered like my other three cameras and that the camera mounting plate allowed you to move the camera left and right, and up and down to establish the final viewing angle. The existing mount lets you move the camera up and down only. Overall the camera is a great buy.

Added this camera to an existing wireless system. The mounting and adjustments on this one is lacking. But the quality of the camera and the wide angle overcome it's difficult mounting. Am able to capture two rooms with 1 camera. The Battery powered are great outside and this is a wonderful one indoors by the plug..

We studied offerings from other companies and decided to go with this one. We appreciated the expandability this system offered and the price wasn't bad either. This system us as close to plug and play as I believe one can get. We like that the storage is onsite. However, I do wish there was printed literature giving the purpose of each connection on the back of the DVR. The user interface and video options could be better, but all on all, this is a good system.

This is the second of this model that I've purchased for our church. The only issue is that I was told they would play well together and there are a couple cameras that are no longer showing up on the first one. I'm going to try to move them to the second one and see if that solves the problem.

set up was fairtly simple but if your using a desktop set up its VERY limited on what you can do or adjust. they make you use the App.. fine but its VERY SLOW. video on day one as 10s slower then real time.. that's a LONG time when somebody is waiting at the door. or breaking it down. looking at past footage is clunky. not easy to select times, to view, and again its all on your tiny phone so cant see much.. you cant access the past footage on the desktop application. only phone... that should not be a hard fix for them. so what's the prob? and you have to pay for a advanced version of the app to access footage from ANYWHERE. or you can only use it when your in WIfi range.

multiple problems right out of the box, apparently not tested after whatever refurbishing was done. Did not recognize hard drive, not picking up or recording audio, red speckles across the pictures, not able to connect via app. Previous system I had purchased new had no issues until a lightning strike
