The bottles are NOT spillproof! I have a dispenser which leaves the bottles upright. However, most bottles are overfilled and when I insert the plastic tube used to pull the water into the dispenser, it overflows the lip and spills on the floor. If the assembly line had a working device that measured the water, it should never overfill the bottles. That is the reason for 3 stars. The water is fine.

Company delivers ON TIME! I never run out of drinkable water (being on well water) as i have with another company who for 18 yrs provided the WORST service (delivery/billing/customer ect) imaginable but had NO problem billing us without resolution. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for service, responsible customer care, and friendly delivery persons

A few of us in the office pool our money together for this service. Its easy to have it delivered and the building security guards escorts Deer Park to the correct location on our floor. I don't always have to be there to receive delivery. The Deer Park water is good and fresh tasting which is great because DC tap water tastes awful. Scheduling of deliveries is super easy through my online account.

Tasty water! We greatly enjoy having deer park delivered every couple of months. We are on well water and despite a whole house filter and reverse osmosis filter for our kitchen sink, our well water tastes fishy. We are very grateful for ready refresh! Easy delivery too!

The water is excellent, clean, refreshing, and free of any aftertaste. The service is terrible. The first time I paused delivery since I was going to be away, they left a delivery and continue to do so EVERY SINGLE MONTH SINCE, despite calls to STOP. I now have NINE 5 gallon bottles and several empties crowding my apartment.

The water came out tasting alike the machine. After running water through the dispenser, I feel like we wasted a bunch of water trying to get that taste out of the dispenser. Also, the delivery person did not even acknowledge the personnel. He dropped it off and left without saying anything. I saw him leaving out as the elevator door were closing.

We are enjoying our Deer Park Ready Refresh delivery service. It’s crisp and refreshing and it’s so nice not to have to carry heavy cases of water out of the store, into the car, out of the car, and into the house. Then you have to store 2-3 cases of water somewhere. We won’t even discuss all those bottles going into our recycling bin and then out to the curb! I just wish it were a little cheaper to fit into our budget. But our water is horribly hard and nasty. We pay high cost for water and have to get water delivered. Seems to me if you live in America and we are all about the GND, we should at least have decent water in our homes!

Since I have been with this company I have been very happy my water company delivers on time The only problem I have is with the delivery drivers they don’t follow instructions they don’t ring my bell so I’ll know that the water is delivered but they do text me but I’ll also wanted them to ring my ringer I have the ring doorbell they don’t do that some of the drivers do lately they don’t and that’s the only problem I have in my area where I live these guys Will steal your water!!

Excellent service delivering water in a timely fashion, friendly communications, and timely professional cleaning service where a new dispenser was brought instead of professional cleaning service. Very happy with the personnel and their professional service.

Convenience of delivered water, always cold with dispenser, and importantly; knowing the water we drink is safe, and is used in my Keurig, canned soup, homemade from scratch soup. We prefer the Spring water and likely will continue to go this route. Would recommend to friends, refreshing quality is 5 out of 5, located in West Mifflin South area of western Pa. Recommend Hot coffee disposable cups with lids?
