Our 3 location drink a lot of this water. We have the Coolers as well so they can make other things with the hot water as well.

Your product is very well received as great but price’s are starting to cost to much. Needs improvement on that

I am unable to reach anyone by phone to adjust my order. That makes me want to stop my orders. It use to be great.

Delivery was great however I only exchanged 2 bottles and billed for 4. I communicated via live chat however credit has not reflected on my account.

Water quality is fine, except occasionally, we see white spots in the dispenser indicating calcium deposits.

I ordered the 24pack water for my in laws and this helps them out a great deal in their everyday life.

The machine itself it nice. Howit would be better if the water dish is to small. Three temps would be better too.
