I read some negative reviews and I hesitated for sure but I still decided to use it. What I can say after been using about few months. Love it. Water bottles are always delivered on time and delivery guys will pick up the empty ones. Love it!

I like the Deer Park Water product. The service is good also. I gave a 3-star rating because it would be great to pay the same amount for the equivalent gallons of water in the 3 gallon jug with handles added to the jugs.

Delivery driver took a lot of bottles with him. This was greatly appreciated. However, one bottle was damaged upon delivery. Cannot use it now due to possible contamination.
