Was told by phone and email that my delivery would be on Monday and it showed up on Friday. Luckily only had 3 bottles instead of normal 8 !!

The outside of several of the bottles are extremely scratched and worn. The bottles are not easy to replace without spilling.

Water is fine. Erratic delivery times are a pain. Often left for days without water due to constantly changing delivery dates.
