Reason for 3 starts the bottles were delivered to the first floor and we had to bring them up one flight when it clearly states 2nd floor!

Just upset about the increase for 5 gallons again. May have to cancel my subscription. Upsetting been a member for a few years.

They do a solid job of delivering the water even following special instructions to deliver in the yard.

Usually we have 1-2 bottles out of 5 that are always leaking. Not sure if it's the bottle or how it's transported. It's usually at the top.

ReadyRefresh delivery schedule changes (delays due to "operational challenges") have become disappointingly routine.

Love everything about Poland Springs water. I am a PS snob and am proud it. Even my ice cubes are Poland Springs-PS.
