Delivery driver was kind a nuff to pick up all my empty bottles, but felony water to my steps instead of the front porch

I love the convenience of these jugs, I can use my reusable bottles to fill them up instead or throwing away water bottles

The handles are difficult to hold. They pinch the fingers and the opening is too small. The bottles are scratched and dirty
