The water is good, but not inexpensive. The delivery is not flexible, but if I stay on their timeline it is consistent.

One of the product 5 gallon bottles we purchased is contaminated. It has coliform bacteria. Tasted and smelled like sewage water.

Not consistent taste. Sometimes it taste like tab water, which i absolutely try to avoid. Other time taste ok.

ReadyRefresh delivery schedule changes (delays due to "operational challenges") have become disappointingly routine.
