The water is filled all the way up to the top when you put in the sprout to change the bottle water spills all over the floor just don’t fill it all the way to the top, please

Poland Spring water is always so delicious and refreshing! It came delivered on time with not issues. We are 2 people and we got 3 for the 1st month but it wasn't enough so we're moving to 4 to see how that goes.

Good service - more expensive than getting the 5 gallon drums for yourself but paying for convenience. Delivery has improved in terms of placing it by my door & staying on schedule

Rarely deliver on time and when they do they leave it somewhere else than ur apartment. Yesterday they left it on the 4th floor I live on the 5th, there is an elevator.

The bottles are consistently dirty on the outside. I need to clean them with a towel before bringing them into my house. It makes me question how they are stored.

You have rescheduled my order 3 times Now I don't have any water to drink. I have to get bottles at the supermarket. This is not reliable and I am beyond upset. Three TIMES... COME ON

Since speaking to a ready refresh rep about inadequate communications via email, website or text several months ago, I am pleased to say that there has been vastly improved communications and delivery dependability.

I love it but hate paying so much for it. I live alone so it’s manageable but if you have a spouse and a couple kids…I imagine it’s an expense that few can afford.

The water is very good. Packing is very good. The handle is too sharp to carry such Heavy bottle. Please make it round and stronger . Make your customers convenience and safety your Priority.

We like this water but miss the Adirondack brand that Sam’s use to carry. These are 5 gallons so they are heavier to carry and load. The Adirondack brand is 4 gallons, so it’s 7 pounds lighter. And $2 cheaper.
