I received an email for arrival date, then I received a text for approximate time frame READY FRESH will arrive. I don't have a problem with service when my regular driver is here. Its just not the same when he is off or on vacation.

Where is my response from my previous message sent regarding the correction necessary on my statements!!??? I own my machine and I am being charged again for rental. This was previously handled and credited. I want my credit again

So nice to have a fresh clean drinking water supply delivered to us regularly. I'm currently disabled and having these sent right to my door is wonderful.

The prices increased too much and too often. I have been a customer for nearly 2 decades. I am looking to close my account for another alternative. Also what is the aggressive gratuity requests? What is the delivery fee consists of?

Very happy with the service, not happy with delivery at times. We are closed on Fridays and ask for Tuesday Delivery, they insist on leaving it outside our door on Fridays, not acceptable

Love the water and the convince of home delivery. Not sure I'm be able to continue the delivery and service based upon cost increases. As a retired customer I'm finding it difficult to continue this luxury.

Enjoy fresh water and delivery is on point. They go out their way to bringe bottles in garage. Company communication is prestige. I get notifications well in advance to remind me of upcoming deliveries. Always great service !!!!!

In an area with poor water quality taste, the water cooler/heater dispensing system gives us refreshing cool water for drinking and coffee and hot water for tea.

Very pleased with the taste of the water. I have to say I did get a jug with NO handle and it make lifting up to the machine more difficult I have to say. I was a bit surprised they would deliver a jug with no handle to be honest .

Very Good Services and Poland spring Water without Taste which real water should be. Most other water have taste because they have Other ingredients not pure water.
