I always purchased dealer recommended tire for my MDX, either Bridgestone or Michellene. I got a nail on my tire on Sunday when the dealer was closed. I went to my local firestone shop to give it a try and they recommended this tire which I find as good as or better than the dealer recommended tires and on top of that I saved about 30% more on 4 tires. The service was prompt, and 4 tires were replaced with brand new Firestone tires. I could not be happier. I will be a long-time firestone customer moving forward. No need to feed your fat dealer; get out and liberate yourself from their hefty price.

Purchased a literal used one owner older lady that drove a 2015 Escape for 23000 miles!. Put 7 on it and realized they were the OEM Nexen tires. Not great. Called my personal Tires Plus, as always, and they said get the LE3 Firestone. It was a huge difference just driving out the door. Perfect car for Central Florida weather and travel. Noticeably more comfortable and secure.

The OEM tires (Firestone LE2) on my Ridgeline were at just below 4/32" and we were taking a 1,000 mile trip; I always change tires when the tread depth hits that measurement, so I stopped in at the Firestone company store in Dover Delaware. I am very particular about who mounts and balances tires on my vehicle, having seen the effects of improper tools and techniques. I was greeted by TJ who quickly and professionally put together a quote. I scheduled an appointment for three days from then and left. On the way back from Philly the day of the appointment there was a serious accident and a 45 minute delay. I called TJ to say I would not be able to make the appointment time and to reschedule; he asked me when I would be there and then said "we will get the tires installed,see you then!" Sure enough, I got there, dropped the truck off, went and had lunch, and then came back earlier than the 1 1/2 hours I assumed it would take--there was my truck with 4 new tires! We were able to get on our way in time! The LE3 tires are quieter than the LE2 tires they replaced, handle great in the dry and wet, and are quiet. This is my 1st purchase of Firestone Destination tires for my Traverse. I have always purchased Firestone or Bridgestone for my vehicles. My previous tires were Bridgestone Alenza for which I had a replacement tire that was the Firestone Destination. The performance and life of the tires are what sold me and the sales promotions! Firestone makes a good tire that lasts and backs them! It all comes down to the customer service after that and find you a good store that sells the tires and won't try to talk you into more than whats needed! Tires are great... stores and their associates not so much all the time.

I bought these for the first time about 3 years ago since it had a deal around thanksgiving. Works nice in winter and summer. We take our highlander everywhere when we travel so they worn out but bought them again last month because I like the way it ride plus there's always deals on them. Great tire for any season we'll definitely buy again once it comes time.

Local Firestone center installed four of these new tires on my Durango R/T. Super quiet ride and confidence inspiring traction. Have not put them through an Upstate New York Winter yet, but I'm pretty confident they will handle whatever Mother Nature throws at them.

I just purchased these tires, so I really can't comment on durability. We've bought tires from our local tire shop for years, and the owner recommended them. He said he put them on his mother's car. I bought a set for my daughter, and now for my wife based solely on his recommendation. I normally buy Bridgestone tires.

To be fair, tires seem great. However, I had a 10 AM appointment for installation but my car was not taken into the shop until after 11:30 AM. No explanation was given except that there was only one technician on duty at 10 AM. Respectfully, that is not my fault. My time has a value as well, right? I didn’t get out of the shop until after 1PM.

I bought these tires from Firestone and only had them a little over a year after the first 6 months I did a wheel alignment .. then my second alignment about 7 months after and found both front tires inner side bald and threading out . I went to firstone to complain and they basically said that it's not a tire issues .. of course they would say that ... I showed them my wheel alignment report but since I didn't have my first report they there is nothing they can do .... I will never buy or do business with Firestone again ... stay clear of Firestone

Garbage tires Destanation bad. Had a Blowout on the Expressway! Almost had a very bad outcome , it was out of control ended in the grass. The last two I bought didn't last. I was Leary of getting more. NEVER AGAIN! I'm not at all comfortable with Firestone anymore!
