Very disappointed in Vizio company

I dislike that the vino company tvs right right of screen go out and they send a refurbished tv that also goes out on the right right then offer no other way to fix the solution because the refurbished tv only has a 90 day warranty and will refuse to send out a new tv. The tv works great for one year and then goes out. Better off buying a different brand or buying an extended warranty form the store.

The only reason I'm giving a1 star is because in between shipping and moving someone damaged my merchandise. I know for a fact whoever packaged that TV did not send it out like that. The box has holes in it and I don't have a picture because I put that thang right back in the box.

Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television.

Having more issues than not

The tv doesn't want to turn on sometimes. Apps just kick me out or don't work. Had to reset once already. Overall not impressed.

Bad experience

The pictures will say it all. They let people return TV's and not even check them and you get home with your new tv and you're stuck with this
