we bought this TV about 2 yrs. ago. The volume sound was never really good. It still is not as good as our other 4 Visios. Is there a recall on the 65" Visio?

This tv was sent to me from VISO.from a nice lady from south Dakota.a rep of Viso.my visa tv locked up and could not program. This tv is like I had,but with added program.
