The first flat screen we bought was a Vizio and a new company, Since then we have continued to purchased them when we up scale to larger sizes and for the kids. Never disappointed. No need for separate devices because all the aps are available not to mention all the WatchFree channels.

I had previously owned a Vizio TV and loved it but sadly it stopped working after a few years and I had to buy a new TV. So I went back to Vizio, because I like the app layout, ease of setup and use and the size. Plus the price was really good. The only thing is I wish that there was better speakers. But I have a sound bar that makes up for that part so it's not a big issue for me.

purchased my 65-inch Vizio TV three years ago, and within the first year it started having issues. Since then, it has been one problem after another. Sometimes it takes forever to power on. Other times it shows that it's on, but the screen stays completely dark until I turn it off and back on — sometimes multiple times. AirPlay works when it wants to and completely fails at other times. For the past four months, I've also been dealing with flickering lines across the bottom of the screen, and the audio drags as if the entire picture is about to go out. Just two days ago, I had to reset the TV to factory settings five times, unplug it, power-cycle it repeatedly, and honestly just pray over it — until it finally decided to work again. This has been exhausting and absolutely unacceptable for a TV that wasn't cheap. I will never purchase a Vizio again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4 yrs my Vizio TV'd display broke. My TV was first registered in 2022. Unfortunately, warranty had expired & was told to buy a new TV. The reason given was warranty expired & repair cost would like exceed the value ithe TV at present value. I've had other TV brands, none had display issues. How unfair & consumer unfriendly Vizio is. Is the quality bad the display breaks?

[Employee of vizio] I purchased a 55 inch Vizio flatscreen Smart TV. After only 3 years and barely being at home to watch it the led light no longer works. Now I'm stuck with just a very dark screen of images. It would be cheaper to buy a new TV than the cost of replacing the entire LED lighting system. But it sucks to have to do so after three years of having this TV do not purchase.
