Great TV for my office

Nice size

I bought this TV for our master bedroom as my husband just had surgery and will be spending a lot of time in that room. He can see the clear picture easily from the bed. The TV was very easy to install.

Not all functions work

I have made numerous calls about auxiliary audio not working. Response I get is engineering is working on the problem. It has been over 4 months. Might consider new engineers.

Love my TV

I detest this remote!!!

Remote is unusable; I cannot find how to simply even change channels. Voice control does not work. Also, picture is not as bright and sharp as it was on my old Vizio TV which I really liked and which prompted me to purchase this one.

Doesn't work well with VPN"s

Having trouble when I try to use VPN. The download Mbps drops from 200 plus to 22Mbps when I use VPN. Support advised that their TV doesn't work well with VPN's. If I had known this sooner I wouldn't have purchased it.
