[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv 3 days ago and I am glad I did because it is a big improvement over my old tv. The sound is better and so is the picture. I will continue to buy VIZIO for this reason.

The only part I have an issue with is the volume… My kids love to watch movies and we had to buy a sound bar to be able to hear good!!! It's a great TV and worth the price!!

They long delay and the customer care handling of the issue, Terrible at best, 3 different customer care operators and not one could remedy or give an answer without a runaround conversation.
