Crash and burn

I will start by saying that I have purchased several Vizio TV's over the years and prefer them. I will also say about this tv that it has a beautiful picture quality. However, it crashes almost daily. I almost always have to unplug it the first time that I turn it on for the day because it locks up and will not turn on. It is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this TV at all.

Found everything on my wishlist and more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I wanted was a 32-43” tv with an Ethernet port AND wireless option, ability to connect my outdated VCR/DVD player and stereo with rca cables without having to buy new, usb port to play homemade slideshows, ample hdmi ports for when I eventually upgrade external devices including ability to connect to my home computer, bluetooth for listening via headphones, coaxial for hooking up an amplifier and antenna for local broadcast stations, low power usage, remote with alexa capabilities to work with my echo dot, and a minimum resolution of FHD (1920x1080). The only things missing, which turns out I don't need, are numbers on the remote and a 3.5mm jack to plug in headphones.

Loving the pre-installed apps makes it easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Vizio Smart T.V. In 2010 and loved the easy setup and the first TV did not have as many features and again the pre-installed makes it easier to open the apps. And the Watch Free feature is definitely a welcome feature instead of having to soft through and find what app does what. Great

Works great until it didnt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV back in July and started having issues with the volume and fast forwarding. You could press up in the volume once and it would keep going to full volume with no way to stop it. Same with Volume down. This also started happening with FF and RR. Called Vizio and they were quick to send a very knowledgeable tech to repair it. Hopefully will not have this issue any time soon, as I love this TV.

Great tv, but lags/freezes sometimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for about 6 months or so. I've done updates and things like that but the tv will have ads pop up and will freeze or lag sometimes. It's very frustrating. There's no way to create a list of short cuts to have your most used apps right up top. I mean it gives you plenty of options for apps but you have to search it every time if it's not listed in the first few apps.

Sorry no good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate this tv. Always having problems. Freezes up. Can't change channels. Today I tried to watch paramount plus. Tv keep showing channels 0- 9. Had to unplug the tv 2times. Then keep the tv off 10 minutes. Before I could get the tv to go to paramount plus channels.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. Great Viewing at Affordable Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vizio TV and I'm very happy with it. It has an amazing picture with lots of personalization options to fine tune. There doesn't seem to be a long “lag” time when switching apps. The WatchFree feature is nice, too. I didn't have much expectations for this TV due to it being a lesser expensive model, but I was pleasantly pleased with the quality. Sound is a little low, but I plan on getting a soundbar to pair it with. I'm happy with it for sure.

Good lord

I have never met a TV more finicky, more unreliable, or more annoying than the one I own. Your “smart” software bricks your remotes, makes it impossible to be change inputs, and most bizarrely doesn't like to work with your own soundbar! If I could return it I would, but I'm stuck with this.

No manual/remote difficult

The TV itself is really nice but I had a problem setting it up. I was led thru the set up guide which was confusing. I had to do it twice on 2 different days. One of the major problems was the remote. Only 14 buttons of which I had no manual to tell me the functions. It also has 6 presets for Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc of which I do not use. A set up manual would have been helpful

Best TV available and an even better price!

What's even better is you get such a quality TV and the best price around. Even the remote is the best design I have ever used and makes your viewing experience that much better.
