[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Vizio for some time now. And I just sitting back on the couch watching this massive tv is love. And the smart cast feature is great! I have 4 of them in my house in every room :)

Bought this TV yesterday. Spent over 2 hours trying to program it and it still won't work. Directions told me push certain buttons on the remote but at least 2 of them were NOT on the remote. I went on line for directions and same problem, buttons I was told to push were not on the remote! Very frustrated now. Going to take it back and get the newer version($100 more) so I hope it's easier to program.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The V655 has an adequate picture and decent features but the peak brightness level, leaves a lot of doubt. I realize it is an entry level but I would expect peak brightness to be much better. Other than that feature, seems to be a decent tv. Would I buy again? Probably not with such a low peak brightness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually had this TV for over a year now, and even though the remote went through a wash cycle, it still works (after replacing batteries and cleaning it up). The TV has a built-in chromecast, so it's easy to view videos from my phone or ipad, or just use the apps that come with the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's a nice HDTV. nothing special. but it does give me problems in that I have to unplug it and press the power button for 15 seconds so the TV can discharge electricity. And I know I have to do this because the TV will freeze. And it happens at very inconvenient times. I would not recommend this TV until this problem gets fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dashboard is easy to navigate and it has all the apps I need. The Vizio service is awesome and allows me to watch some movies for free as well! The picture quality is more than I could hope for for the price as well! Great buy!
