Terrible buy!! I'm super bummed!! I love Vizio and have never had any problems!! Now I get this one we're super excited!! And glitches so bad you can't even watch the tv and it just turns off!! Don't buy!!! Waste of your money!!!

Staying away from Vizio products

This television worked perfectly for about a week or two and then the screen would turn white, no picture at all but the sound would still be heard. Day by day the screen would stay blank for longer periods of time and it would occur more frequently. My brother researched online to troubleshoot and we discovered that the problem had something to do with the backlight inside of the television. So this particular television had a defect of some kind so it was returned to Walmart and I bought a 65 inch TCL, which was over a hundred dollars cheaper.

Purchased as a early birthday present for husband to replace 60” TV. I'm sure he's very happy now he's figured out how to work the Bluetooth feature. Good sharpness and color. Bluetooth feature allows sound through our Alexa next to his TV recliner even though TV is mounted on wall across room.

Bought this at a special event and it's definitely a great value with one exception, I love watching sports and because of the 60 Hz rate it's a bit blurry at times. I'm going to return it for the M-Series Vizio to upgrade to QLED model for just $100 more.

Overall for this price point a very good television. The picture is very good and the apps work great. Reasons for not giving 5 stars: On "antenna" mode the channel number does not appear on the screen and the remote control does not allow you to channel up or down, you have to constantly go to the guide in order to change channels. Also, the apps icon line on the home screen is very small compared to the other lines which seems strange.

I've only had it for a short time and only watched it twice, but the picture is really nice. The sound could use some improvement but I've not found a flat screen TV that has great sound. I guess it's average for a flat screen. My room is about 20x12 and sitting about 10 feet from the TV I have to put the TV volume at 50 to be able to hear people talking in movies with background noises, like action movies or drama movies with music in the background. Again, this may be normal but in my opinion it should be better. If you're going to purchase this it's a good buy but I'd invest in a soundbar also.

I honestly love Vizio products, good quality for a really good price. The WebSmart OS works amazing, I was between staying with with my Firestick TV or going to another smart system, staying away from Roku, and this was the best deal, for a good tv size other that a Roku. Really good deal, I recommend 100%. I requested shipping and Walmart did a delivery from the store for no extra cost. Was better for me. Only concern was the person that delivered broke one of the emergency lights from the apartment complex left the tv by the stairs and ran away. Lol. But thank you so much tho.

wish I hadn't bought this tv. it constantly loses connection to the Bluetooth headphones and or speaker. if I cast something to it like a movie or something from YouTube it skips constantly. nothing seamless about it at all. I constantly have to reboot it so that it will see other devices or stay connected. probably the worst purchase I've ever made as far as the TV goes.
