This TV has taken the task out of movie nights. Great picture now for the coup de gras add a sound bar for a greater experiance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv May 2022. Worked good until 2 weeks ago. I couldn't watch anything but Tubi. Couldn't turn the tv off and the menu button wouldn't work. I finally got it working 2 days ago, but yesterday, The same thing happened again. Sound, menu button, and couldn't turn off tv. I'm 70 yrs. Old. Don't have time for this nonsense from a new tv. I have bought Vizio tvs for a few years and never had this trouble.

I've been using only streaming TV for a couple years now using Fire & Roku. I also have an Apple box but discontinued service. But with my new Vizio smart TV, it's easy to access any of my services without having to have a bunch of boxes wired to the HDMI. I still need the Roku only to access my local cable company's programming. But that's only because that company seems to have the idea they're somehow superior. Vizio makes accessing streaming service a breeze. And with it's ease of use, I keep discovering more ways to utilize my services.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite reading reviews on several different TV's we decided to go with the Vizio. Vizio was not on our list but our previous TV was a Vizio. It just died on us after having it for ten years or more (it was our first flat screen). Always had a lot of good comments about the picture on it. Hoping we made the right decision in going with Vizio again.

This is a very confusing format and set-up to navigate. Disappointing that some of the channel apps that were available on my previous tv are not available on this one, and cannot find a way to add them. Volume control, being just able to hear somethings over others, can't seem to find a happy medium for the volume. But still trying to navigate everything

I am constantly losing the remote but now I don't even have to worry about that because I can do everything with the app on my phone! Love that I can even connect my AirPods and watch TV while my boyfriend sleeps so I don't wake him up. Video and sound quality is amazing as well. Honestly the best purchase I have made! 10/10 recommend!

This tv was a gift. It's a “smart” tv! The picture quality on my 12 year old Samsung is better. If there are adjustments where are they and what do they do? No manual came with it and when I go on your website all I get is adds telling me how awesome you are. Would be nice if the manual was easy to find! Not such a great product so far!

I'm very disappointed that I cannot delete or add apps. I have an older Sony Google Chromecast tv that allows me to delete and add apps. I'm not sure why this newer VIZIO doesn't have this option. I won't be buying another one until this is fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my TV! It is so easy to navigate all of the channels. I love that I can switch over to antenna for sports games and local channels. The picture quality is amazing. I put it on a swivel mount and it is so convenient to be able to move the TV to where everyone in the room can see it the best. Haven't had a single issue. I would definitely buy a Vizio again.
