Disappointed!

I have had two Vizio TV's and both have had problems. The first one was a Christmas gift that had to be returned because it wouldn't reset to factory settings. And the second one purchased a week ago has firmware issues discovered last evening while working with a customer service reprehensive.

Not as great as I thought it would be

I bought the 65" V series about 2 weeks ago. I was excited about the price and features. However, I am sad to say this tv was very disappointing. The volume and sound is horrible. Very low and you have to turn the volume up pretty high to get a decent voulme. There seems to be a delay when navigating through the smartcast apps and I still have to use my firestick because some of the premium streaming apps I use are not available, like Showtime. Now let's talk about the picture quality... not impressive at all. I probably should have spent a little bit more and purchased a LG tv or a Samsung. Unfortunately I threw away all of the packaging so returning the tv would be pretty difficult

What is not to like about VIZIO TV's

This TV is very nice. I only buy VIZIO TV's and this one is the best so far. Very nice picture and sound is decent, but I use a soundbar anyway. Lots of options and built very well. With cable, this TV starts up quicker than any other one I have. No issues so far. Very happy I made this purchase and for the price it's a must have.

I genuinely love the quality of this TV

Best upgrade !!!

The Vizio V Series was one of the best things I could've purchased with my hard earned money. There's so much available to me with clear crisp details. I'm sticking with Vizio for life !

Fantastic picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this is fantastic! The watchfree is so nice to have, so many free channels to watch, no need for cable. Did have a set up issue where the set up menu kept looping back, 4 times, was getting frustrated but the customer support is fantastic! Very pleased.

Very buggy Software - issues with Xbox one

Picture quality is good, however, the Smartcast software is very buggy (crashes a lot) and has issues with connecting to the Xbox One. I have to perform a "reset" (remove all power, press the power button for 10 secs) once in a while (maybe every other month) to fix a connection problem or a software freeze/crash.

Love my Vizio, love the app!

This is a great platform and I would've recommended to anyone who is looking for a new TV

Good quality picture, but poor support on apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had issues with Vizio TV's until this one. While the quality is very good, its very disappointing that the support for apps is abysmal. Apps keep crashing on me and rebooting the TV on its own. I'm really disappointed and may steer away from Vizio from now on. Paramount+ crashes, Plex app crashes, and other apps randomly crash.

I got this from my Aunt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV fromy aunt because lightning struck her house. I saw her throwing it away and took it home to see if i could salvage it. Turns out, it was really easy to fix. I ordered a part and got it back functioning to about 95%! I like the functions even though it isn't compatible with my phone for screen casting. I still have it 5 stars because it's a great tv and easy to fix.
