Oh ok

I bought this TV last week.only thing I don't like is your TV guide. Its hard to work with. This is the first remote I every had that don't have a TV guide bottom.I'm a senior citizens why can't you guys make easy for senior. I use to own a Vizio TV year ago and my remote control had a guide bottom what make it easier to use and see the channels I want to go with know problem. Thinks Ms Pat

I SEE IT THAT YOU TAKE A CHANCE BUYING AND NOT ABLE TO GET IN STORE ON ANYTHING YOU BUY BUT THATS WHY IF IT HAS A ISSUE THATS SMALL OR BIG.. TAKE IT TO YOUR LOCAL STORE AND GET IT SWAPPED SAME DIFFERENT OR JUST MONEY BACK CHOOSE WHICH WHAT AND WHERE THERE IS ONE YOU LIKE AND GET IT THERE SO YOU ARE HAPPY.

Great thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great. good graphics & quality sound. However the homescreen needs a bit of work to make it user friendly. 'App row' is not user friendly and requires a lot of time & patience to 'customize' it

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my previous Vizio for over15 years and it's still working, so when I needed a new tv and I was looking for a good price, this was a perfect match for me. If it lasts even half as long, for the price, I will be happy.

Dont buy this tv

Well I worked hard for my money saved up to buy a better tv bought this 65inch tv vizio it started real nice clear pictures games are awesome then about 4 days with it it started to flicker I thought it was the 4k cable bought a new one still does the same flickers.I am disappointed going to return it hope they exchange me for another one .

Great picture not so great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this last week. I am still getting use to its features but overall I am very happy with it. The sound is not as good as my last flat screen but I know I can get a sound bar to take care of that.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Visio tv and I have had no problems with any of them. I bought a Sony first and it died within two weeks. I have had the Vizios since then and have been problem free. I just wish someone would invent something that would cut off the music in shows and movies. Sometimes the music is so loud I cans hear what the actors are saying.

Disappointed

Very disappointed with my Visio. I first purchased V509-J09 and have trouble when after turning off the the TV and turning it on the next day, I get no voice. I have to unplug the cable, plug it back in for the voice to come back on regular TV. I then purchased th M series hoping it being better but the same thing so I returned the TV and still have my V509. And still having to unplug it and plug it back in. Very diappointed in the Visio product. Need a repair person to come and fix or replace TV with another one.

Love my new 4K 43" V-Series Smart TV

This was a gift from my best friend. I had to upgrade my Vizio sound bar, so I could run it by HDMI cable, which my old sound bar did not have. The TV I had was a Vizio 32" and was still good, so I gave it away. Also had to update my Roku to 4k Premiere. Great sound with the soundbar, and the picture quality is awesome. I've tweaked the picture settings but in the end, I went back to factory reset settings as those seem to give me the best picture.
