Mrs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received a big TV for the Living Room (finally). Couldn't figure out how to get my cable channels, so I had to call them. The Tech. was great and had me viewing my channels in no time. Picture is perfect too!

Great Upgrade

I love this television! I replaced my Vizio that I had for about 8 years with this one and the difference is insane. The Smart TV components are super impressive - I like how quick the interface works. The picture is super clear and I was shocked at how physically light the tv is.

Vizio service

I called vizio customer service and they handle my issue with the greatest of patience. I have nothing but praise for vizio product and service

Great tv but remote could use some work

Love the SMART options on the TV, also frequently more apps being added automatically. Not a fan of the remote it's not always responding as requested and it would be nice if you could select your own favorite apps as quick menu on the remote. The colors are awesome on the TV since I purchased it, I realized I'm more enjoying watching movies all the way without doing stuff in the house at the same time. I was normally watching on a 32'' tv now a 55 inch Thank you Vizio you delivered again for my tv choice for the 3rd time

Replaced a 15 yr old Vizio plasma with this..

Although the old plasma was way beyond it's life expendendcy, 15 plus years, it was still in good working order...but the heat given off was too unbearable ..I am currently trying to adjust the sound quality to each program..I understand every program or movie has different quality and at least I can adjust it to my older hearing concerns.

Great attributes to the television

I'm not new to using vizio because they are all over my home..My only issue is you don't allow the spectrum app to be downloaded on the tv and it's not even option!

Hard to set up

The picture on the tv is good. The sound sometimes does not sync with the picture and sound bar level banners frequently pop up by itself. Instructions are spread out all over and a pain to find. Remotes don.t work well and descriptions on setup are not strait forward. Definitely need high speed internet for TV to work well.

The internet connection is only needed if you want to use the SmartCast features and apps. Typically, a lip sync issue can be narrowed down with troubleshooting. If the lip sync is off while watching content on your favorite apps, that indicates that we would want to troubleshoot network connections. If the lip sync issues only happen on cable or satellite boxes, we will then want to troubleshoot settings on each individual device. My favorite brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably my 6th Vizio Television. I love the brand my only issue is prior to flat screens becoming so popular a TV would last for 10+ years, not so much now. I purchased this 65” because my 60” picture tube died after maybe 5 years

TV won't stop rebooting after 3 months of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased with my Vizio tv as I've always been in the past I still own 5 others but this one just started acting weird. It reboots every 1 or 2 mins or just randomly. I am frustrated because it's for my mom.

Amazing TV
