Cumbersome set up and spastic remote device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had difficulty with the "Quick setup". Kept going to options otjher than cable tv which is what I use most. There is a shell game with the HDMI selections. Difficult to select. Says HDMI 2 but HDMI 3 displayed. Says HDMI 3 but HDMI 2 displayed. Finally got things to work. I use my cable company remote and better than supplied remote device.

VizioWow!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV after our TV shattered in our move. I was sad due to the loss of our very expensive TV. And thought that this was a possibile downgrade. Boy was I wrong! !! It also was amazing for my boyfriend ps5. Worked extremely well for our needs. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is sometimes the volume will mess up. And I will have to reboot they system. But it's been nothing that a few mins of patience can't fix.

I read the reviews and had high expectations with this TV but the picture is not like you're in a movie theater and definitely not the sound. The sound is awful, you have to turn it up so high just to hear it. You'll definitely need a sound bar. I bought this TV to replace my 50” Emerson that I've had for years but the Emerson is better than the Vizio. To top it off just 2 days after I began using the Vizio , it has lines coming down from the top of the screen! What is this!! I definitely want my money back!

Excellent Way to View!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my tv a few years ago and it continues to be as impressive as it was on day one. The sleek design allows the tv to fit wonderfully in many spaces without being an eyesore yet captures the attention of viewers. Being a smart tv it allows me to have all my streaming services in one location and is easy to switch among my services gracefully. I did have a problem with my tv in the beginning, however VIZIO was able to solve my issue by sending me a completely new one with absolutely no charge. The set it up, and took away the old one. Great service, low maintenance, and excellent picture and sound.

Easy to use but it keeps turning off

I love this tv, probably the best smart tv we've had. All our streaming apps are provided and there's “watch free tv” that has been very convenient and free. The only complaint I have is that the past few days it started turning off on its own until I reboot and have to sign in to everything all over again. I looked it up and it seems to be a common problem only I don't know what is causing it.

Didn't know but now I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Vizio because of the size and the price. And I read a few of the stats on it but didn't go too much in detail on them. But over time I have to come realize how great the TV is. I am use to dealing with Firesticks So this what was change up for me. But I must I am know where disappointed and really like the fuctionality and options that this TV has. Great Purchase.

Decent bang for buck sub 300 dollar 4K TV

Was a replacement upgrade for a 13 year LCD Samsung in my home office. This is your basic entry level 4K TV. Bought it for the price and best model in its price range and screen size 50" and decent reviews. Chrome cast is built in which is nice. Have another VZIO TV in my bedroom also. There is better out there if you want to spend more money but for me this fit the bill for my office.

Some good, some not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the v655 last January and we are disappointed. The picture and sound are ok, but the audio sinc is terrible. The sinc issue is with both antenna and cable (Comcast) connections. We've tried just about every adjustment known to mankind with no significant improvement. Reducing resolution did help at the expense of picture quality. We purchased a Vizio 36” fourteen years ago and still going strong. The new tv will be replaced very soon. Sorry Vizio.

OUR FIFTH
