I understand items can get damaged in the shipping process, but the time spent waiting on the item over the weekend was a waste. The back of the tv was cracked which doesn't make me feel comfortable mounting it on my wall.

I've ordered 2 TV and both were damaged during shipping. So I don't see myself ordering another TV its a hassle for the carrier to pickup the damaged item. And takes 3 weeks for them to issue my refund
