reboot everyday

I bought this Vizio thinking it was better than what I had. Name Brand vs Generic. I had to reboot the system in the TV 5 times on the first day, 3 times the second, currently having to reboot every time I switch to another input from Xbox. It is more hassle than the money

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for an older TV. Setup was very easy, and the channel options are easy to find with the remote. During the setup process it asked if I wanted to pay more for a higher definition picture, which I opted not to. I assumed the regular picture would be fine, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped. Fortunately I was able to go into the tv settings and adjust some of the picture sharpness and color options, which improved the picture quality.

I'm in love with a TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I misplaced the remote and gave up looking for it. I was looking for a television and kept coming back to the Vizio's. I am glad I did! The colors, the specs, and the app on phone with a remote with many options are amazing. I have never been more excited about my purchase

Constant problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv loses internet connection often while no other devices seem to have any issue. To correct the issue I have to unplug the tv for 20 seconds then it reconnects. This happens at least once every day. Definitely my last Vizio purchase

Finicky Interface - Not So Smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First TV I've bought in 20 years. The old Panasonic plasma finally gave up the ghost =[. I have a Harmony remote and if the Vizio turns on before the input device it gets stuck until I turn off the tv and turn it back on again. Real pain. Now I have to reprogram the remote so the tv is last to turn on. That's a defective design. The picture quality out of the box was horrible. Had to bump up the sharpness quite a bit and turn down brightness - that's a factory setting that should have been better out of the box. Also does not seem to be a way to save these tweaks so I'll have to reset these if the not so smart tv loses its memory…. Miss my plasma, much better picture quality.

Excellent warranty service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got a 43” hdtv and it must have been hit with a power surge because it would not power on. So we called it in and within a week a Vizio repairman replaced the circuit board and we are back in business!

Huge screen that's impressively thin!

VIZIO - VIZIO V-Series 58" Class (57.5" Diag.) 4K

The clarity and sound Excellent. Huge Program Access. Great with DVR, BLue Ray and even old VHS though hookups. I have so many programs I can access. I can even run my computer screen on this TV. Wonderful Product for a 71 year old guy. Even Senior Citizens Can Enoy This Wonderful TV.

Replacement

We have had a 55” Visio for some time and it got knocked over and shattered the screen. Thus reason for purchasing a new one. Wife not really pleased with remote. It doesn't always function properly. Wish we had kept the old remote. Other than that we are very happy. We have owned several Visio TVs over the years

Easy to use

I really love this Tv so far. I have had to unplug and do a hard reboot a handful of times now, and I do hope that stops happening. Other than that, the apps that it comes loaded with are great and all the ones I use. I think the screen/resolution is good quality and the sound is good as well.
