We have 2 55” inch vizio tvs and both had a problem with image, out of the sudden we got different color lines, on the first one that is now out of warranty I was able to tap it on the back and lines went out and image came back, the second still under warranty 1 year old Vizio replaced with a refurbished one.

My old tv (7year old Magnavox) died. I looked up the best tv's to buy and Vizio was one of them. The big selling point was that it's made in the USA. It was fairly easy to set up. I hate the remote. There are no numbers, so you have to click through every channel to find the one you want to watch. To switch to Roku or Hulu or Prime Amazon, you have to use both hands and go really fast or the input button stops and you have to start all over again. The printing on the tv screen telling you what channel you're on or Hulu or whatever is so small, you almost need to be a foot away from the screen to read it. Other than these 2 issues, I love this tv and hope it lasts as long as my Magnovox

I was NOT happy this week when the TV would not come on until I did a complete reset as if it were a newly purchased set and had to spend time logging in on all the apps again. I do wish you would have RighNow media as an available app.

This tele was a Christmas presenr for my daughter. We put the set in her bedroom and now, she doesn't want to leave her bed and the television set! She loves this t.v.! And she loves the picture and the versatility that it gives her with her streaming options. All in all, a great buy

The old tv no longer received updates and many apps were no longer supported so it wasn't very "smart" anymore but still worked great in all other ways. So, I knew I wanted another vizio and found this one at a great price online. The picture quality is so amazing and the smartphone app that works as a remote is genius! Plus, there's so much free streaming content available right out of the box that I might finally be able to get rid of cable TV!

It took a bit to get all the updates installed on the TV, but it was all set up and running after that. I was disappointed some apps were not on there (i.e. Crunchieroll). Until I learned how smart TVs work, you could cast virtually anything from your phone to the TV. This is just AMAZING, and I don't know why I didn't buy a smart TV years ago.

Finding shows and movies across the streaming platforms is made easy by the voice search feature on the remote. The only thing that this product is missing is the ability to connect to the Spotify app. Over all a great product though.

I had several issues with this Vizio 65 1.- I never cann add my suscription channels 2.- this tv never recognizes ethernet connection 3.- I was not able to pair with my cell phone So, I returned the very next day Pros: good picture and sound If you want to add your ouwn suscription channels, do not buy it

It was just odd that the main tv my family watches has been in my life longer than my own wife. Vizio makes amazing quality products and its good to know that a purchase like this will last for a long time.

I won't pretend that I can tell the difference in the picture quality of most things but when true 4K stuff is on screen, you know it. Some of the apps are slow to update and Vizio forcing all of their apps to the front of the quick select bar is annoying. But other than that, I love it.
