So dissatisfied. Only had my tv for 1.5 years and power buttons on back of tv don't work, remote quit working, Smartcast went out. Called support and was told this was happening to everyone. Had to reset tv 3 times with support, not to mention all the times prior to calling. Finally working...so far...but remote still isn't. They told me I need to buy a new remote! The very least they should do is send me a new one. Never will buy Vizio again. And I'm warning everyone I know!

It wasn't a smart tv but it lasted me several years. I love the smart features. It was a great bargain too.

Lot of people saying that the lag on the Home Screen is a deal breaker, but most tvs I've seen have a lag and the Vizio lag isn't bad at all. was the variety of app it provides. Only down side is that it doesn't have Spotify or have it for download but I'll manage. Over all happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a 32" 720p model to this and could not be more amazed at the picture quality! I was thinking 4k was overkill for "only" a 43" screen but boy, was I wrong. I can see details that I've never seen over the airwaves before. That reminds me, I don't have CATV so I'm only using the streaming features and a cheap OTA antenna. The tuner in this unit grabs stations I didn't even know existed in my area. All in all, I'm certain I made the right choice with my purchase.

It was great for 7 months until everything but Netflix stopped working. We have full bars of wifi, have tried every single support suggestion and nothing has fixed it. We pay ridiculous amounts of monthly fees for Hulu, paramount plus, Disney plus, HBO max, Netflix.. but none of the apps work except for Netflix! Absolutely bizzare and SO frustrating.

I am using all the features I need although I know it has a lot more that I haven't explored yet. I have noticed one trait that might take a bit of time to get used to, the “lag” with some action sequences. If it continues to irritateI will look deeper into the settings for a solution.

Setup was a breeze, and the picture quality is fantastic. At a screen this size i was afraid of distortion, but there is none the picture is crisp and lite perfectly. I have already recommended this tv to a friend who i think is going to make the purchase as well.

The Vizio V Series was one of the best things I could've purchased with my hard earned money. There's so much available to me with clear crisp details. I'm sticking with Vizio for life !
