[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Vizio Smart TV about a week ago, we have several Vizio TV's in our home and I just LOVE them! When searching for a TV I did not even consider looking at another brand. This TV was so easy to set up, the directions were extremely easy to follow. My last Vizio TV I needed to contact customer service because I could not figure out how to make my remotes compatible and the customer service was outstanding! Besides being a great product the other reason I purchased another Vizio TV was because I knew if I had any questions customer service would be there to support me. I'd recommend this TV and any Vizio product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is great visually. The sound options are minimal and the sound quality is mediocre. There are not a ton of options as far as equalizer goes, the sound options for an outside sound bar is restrictive and the tv sound by itself isn't good enough not to have an outside sound source.

I love the remote control and being able to talk in the mic rather than texting everything. I also love how easily I can pair my iPhone and watch my student lectures for class. I'll never purchase another brand. Visio for the win!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually had this TV for over a year now, and even though the remote went through a wash cycle, it still works (after replacing batteries and cleaning it up). The TV has a built-in chromecast, so it's easy to view videos from my phone or ipad, or just use the apps that come with the TV.

The picture is pretty good as well. The only thing that is slightly annoying is the volume. The volume changes depending on whether you are streaming or live tv, so you are turning volume up or down a lot when switching to streaming or live tv.

I had to ship it back and purchased this Vizio. It was so easy to set up and I'm very pleased with the picture. I would really like a Vizio sound bar though to enhance the sound. The sound features on the TV are amazing also.

I had it for a little over a year and all of a sudden it went black and didn't work. I called Customer Service and they let me know it was still under warranty and made the process so easy. They had another one delivered within 2 weeks and the delivery guys set it up for me. Excellet Customer Service and company.

We're able to hide all cables behind the TV - which my wife loves!! The sound is very nice. The colors are vibrant, and it shows when we're watching documentaries about animals!
