This is a replacement TV. The original TV had a blurry white image leaking through. At first I thought it was a image of another source and that the from screen was allowing it to come through. I went many months before concluding with my own troubleshooting that there was an issue. Vizio customer support was great and thorough. Of course I said it was great because they concluded to send another TV. The delivery and pickup service was excellent. Current TV is working as expected.

I bought this 2 weeks ago as an upgrade from my 12 year old Vizio. I love the SmartCast and the setup was so easy! The remote was so hard to get open, but once I finally got it, it works well. I have read many mixed reviews, but so far I am very happy!

Good price for the size. nice picture, easy set up. Not pleased with speakers being placed on the backside, needed to buy a soundbar (Vizio) which improved the sound. Biggest disappointment was no headphone jack and no way to connect one per Vizio support department. Wished I had known that before I purchased it.

Out of all the TVs and devices I have used at work and set up for presentations, Vizio is always the easiest to use and the most reliable technology I have come across. I love the TVs because they just work and they look Awesome!

Started getting an error message and then couldn't turn tv on or off. Tried to follow all the directions to refresh the tv, but it never worked. Tried to get support from the app and it wasn't helpful at all. After three days of frustration, I finally punched the tv to ensure it would never work again and I'll never buy a Vizio again either!

Super easy to add my accounts and the fact that I can now turn on/off my tv using an app is just mind blowing. Always purchased Vizio tv's in the past and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a 55 inch Vizio for my mom for 80 th birhday because I own 3 Vizio TV ‘s in my house. After setting ump my moms television I was amazed at the clarity of the color and picture. Knowing that college football was coming up soon I went out and purchased a 65 inch Vizio for me to enjoy college football. If you ever want a real person to advertise for I would be willing to show all my Vizio Televisions off for you. Keep producing a great quality product for a low price!

Picture and features are good! I've owned it now for about 4 months. The remote could be better (no previous channel button), but is a voice remote. The low RAM has me often turning the TV on and off and on again if I do too much flipping around between apps. It will be interesting to see how long this TV will perform with its low RAM performance. Hoping for the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The app section can be confusing at first but once you play around you will get a handle on it in no time. other than that its a basic Smart TV that seems to have very little lag and good picture quality. Perfect for any bedroom but I would upgrade to something nicer for any entertainment room but this would also work well in that area as well.

The picture is just average. My wife and I had to mess with the controls to really get a good picture, and it's still just average.
