Economical TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tv a few weeks ago and it's great. I purchased it because I have another Vizio that will not die. My new TV has all the latest features and it is very affordable. I tell everyone about Vizio.

Better than expected for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this less than a week but so far I'm happy with my purchase. Great picture quality with tons of features. I am disappointed that some movies don't fill the screen leaving a black bar above and below the picture. Every time I turn on the TV the TV's speakers go on and I have to go into settings and change audio to my soundbar, hopefully I can fix that!

Vizio is consistently awesome!

Never have I been disappointed or underwhelmed by these televisions and I will be a loyal customer as long as they continue on this path

Great features - 75% failure rate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchase 12 of these TVs for classrooms. Seven were DOA, one failed within the first week of school (75% failure rate). Of those that do work, casting from a PC is more difficult than casting from a MacBook, however, we have trained our teachers on this feature. From a classroom perspective, I would like to have a cleaner home screen, especially for our younger classes (it might be possible, I just haven't had a chance to research it yet). I like thing to just work and I can't say that about these TVs.

This television works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this new television. The main thing I like is how simple it is to go back and forth between my regular cable channels and the apps such as YouTube and Tubi. The only thing I wish it had was a remote with numbered buttons to push to go to a certain channel. However, it has a voice function to tell the tv what channel to go to. The only problem with this is using this function late at night when everyone else is sleeping. Overall, I'd give this television a rating of 9 out of 10.

Horrifically buggy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a year ago or so after having 2 previous Vizio models. This is by far the worst. The first one was great— last years, no issues at all. This one is horribly glitchy. It will randomly shut off, not turn on, the volume gets stuck and will continue to increase or decrease without pressing the button. We've had a number of times that we've had to unplug it and the issue is resolved, but returns again sometime later. Since the recent reset, the issues have started up with regularity again. Extremely disappointed.

Really good for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm overall very satisfied with this TV. I got it from someone brand new for less than retail price, but it would be worth the retail value, as well. Its connectivity with Apple HomeKit is not great, and it is so-so with Google Home, too, but AirPlay and Chromecast work reasonably well. The picture and sound quality are very good. Even dark scenes are pretty visible, which was an issue with my previous TV. The option to connect to Bluetooth headphones is also a nice bonus, especially if you have roommates or children and like to watch something later at night. The software is updated pretty frequently and has been good, though with some glitches occasionally. It is also a pretty decent smart TV interface, and I don't feel the need to use a third-party device add-on, like Apple's or Google's devices, though they are still a better option, usability-wise, if you already have them, in my opinion.

Great product

It took a bit for it to download the software update for the initial set up but was a breeze after that. Easy to put apps into the order you want them to appear. Video quality is good. Could be a bit better on sound quality

Poor sound, apps dont work, poor customer support

Don't waste your money. The sound is poor, lacks volume and bass (you must include a soundbar, i would go with sony). The remote control has limited functions (you cannot access YouTube directly). The apps are slow (you cannot see the movies icons in Netflix). Customer support is awful, longest wait time / queue, the agent makes you do the online troubleshooting sequence that you already performed 3 times and as expected the issues were not solved and tells you that he will contact you later….. he will never follow up on your issue. Very very very disappointed.
