[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my TV and it's great. The only thing I don't like is that the TV picture seems to real, some movies are very bouncy. The definition is to high and watching some movies it feels like your on a boat.

I got it from someone brand new for less than retail price, but it would be worth the retail value, as well. Its connectivity with Apple HomeKit is not great, and it is so-so with Google Home, too, but AirPlay and Chromecast work reasonably well. The picture and sound quality are very good. Even dark scenes are pretty visible, which was an issue with my previous TV. The option to connect to Bluetooth headphones is also a nice bonus, especially if you have roommates or children and like to watch something later at night. The software is updated pretty frequently and has been good, though with some glitches occasionally. It is also a pretty decent smart TV interface, and I don't feel the need to use a third-party device add-on, like Apple's or Google's devices, though they are still a better option, usability-wise, if you already have them, in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our VIZIO about 2 - 3 Months ago. It is Awsom, I love the fact that it connects to the internet. I have cable and I get so much more FREE stuff with my Vizio. Our favorite is You Tube we get to watch so much Vietnamese programing my wife loves it. When I run out of stuff to watch on cable I just go to my Vizio Internet connection and I find plenty of Free stuff across the many apps available on my Vizio.

I have had to figure some stuff out on my own due to the owners manual not coming with the tv, you have to go online and download it then read through it or print it out. Would have been a lot nicer if the manual came with the tv so you have it there to reference to when setting everything up, the quick start guide that comes with it doesn't even say anything about having to go online

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the tv for over a year. One issue is it flashes subtly when watching movies. Also, it just did a system reset out of nowhere. When this occurred I lost all of my setting and had to set it up like new. The also continue to send me requests to review the tv like u just purchased it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this tv as an upgrade from our 7+ year old vizio 55" 4k smart tv. The old tv no longer received updates and many apps were no longer supported so it wasn't very "smart" anymore but still worked great in all other ways. So, I knew I wanted another vizio and found this one at a great price online. The picture quality is so amazing and the smartphone app that works as a remote is genius! Plus, there's so much free streaming content available right out of the box that I might finally be able to get rid of cable TV!

This is our 6th VIZIO. And the best one of all. We hung it, turned it on, pointed the remote and it programed itself. A big + for older people! And you can easily see it has the best picture of all our TVs. One of our VIZIO TVs developed a problem after about a year and when I contacted VIZIO they sent us a brand new one in less than a week.

The only thing I really don't like is not being able to install outside apps. I've a real problem with a manufacturer who doesn't think after spending whatever $ on a doohickie that it shouldn't be mine to do as I wish with it. Including installing whatever I like on my equipment. End of rant However, one must give props for a fantastic product at a great.price. keep it up kids!

The setup instructions are not good. Did not know it only came with a verbal controller. No explanation on how to do simple things like changing the channel. I had to call tech support for instruction and discovered I had to purchase an ordinary controller separately. Also, the print on the screen is very tiny, hard to read even the channel numbers. Other than these initial problems the TV has been doing great.

Just bought last week to replace my 12 year old Samsung smart TV. I did the set up (including sound bar and local channels) by myself, while referring to some help online. Woman out there - if I can do it, you can too. My only complaint is the remote is a little cheesy. But, totally enjoying the new technology, picture & sound. Good price for someone on a budget.
